The information offering is complemented by a knowledge portal featuring whitepapers, an IT glossary, and thematic areas covering Cloud, VoIP, IT Security, and Microsoft 365.
Explanations on Service Delivery
The main purpose of the website is to serve as a central information and contact platform for IT and telecommunications solutions. It provides information about the service portfolio, enables contact with dedicated points of contact, and offers further information and downloads via the knowledge portal.
Status of Compliance with Requirements
We are committed to digital accessibility and aim to design our website to be fully accessible to all users. Therefore, we are continuously working to fully implement the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV).
Our website adheres to the guidelines of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG):
The website is partially accessible. The requirements of the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) and the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) are largely met.
Optimized Contrasts and Visual Design: We ensure sufficiently high color contrasts and a clear structure to guarantee readability for all user groups.
Alternative Texts for Media: Images and graphical elements are provided with alt texts to make the content accessible to people with visual impairments (e.g., via screen readers).
Keyboard Operability and Structure: The navigation is logically structured and supports keyboard operation, allowing use without a mouse.
Document Limitation: Currently, we cannot guarantee the full accessibility of PDF documents offered for download (e.g., whitepapers). However, we are continuously working to make these formats more accessible.

4.1 SSL/TLS Encryption
To ensure the security of data processing and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders, login data, or contact inquiries that you send to us as the operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that "https://" appears in the browser's address bar instead of "http://", and by the padlock symbol in your browser line.
We use this technology to protect your transmitted data.
4.2 Data Collection When Visiting the Website
When you use our website for informational purposes only, meaning you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (in so-called "server log files"). Each time you or an automated system accesses a page on our website, a series of general data and information is collected. This general data and information is stored in the server's log files. The following may be collected:
1. browser types and versions used,
2. the operating system used by the accessing system,
3. the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrer),
4. the sub-websites that are accessed on our website via an accessing system,
5. the date and time of access to the website,
6. a truncated Internet Protocol address (anonymized IP address),
7. the Internet service provider of the accessing system.
When using this general data and information, we do not draw any conclusions about your person. Rather, this information is needed to
1. to deliver the content of our website correctly,
2. to optimize the content of our website and its advertising,
3. to ensure the long-term functionality of our IT systems and the technology of our website, and
4. to provide law enforcement authorities with the necessary information for prosecution in the event of a cyberattack.
The data and information collected by us are therefore evaluated statistically and with the aim of increasing data protection and data security within our company, ultimately to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data from the server log files is stored separately from any personal data provided by a data subject.
