How can we help you?
IT Systems House Ulm – IT expertise on the Danube
Ulm is the economic centre of the Danube-Iller region and the gateway to the Swabian Alb. The city lies directly on the state border between Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria – with Neu-Ulm on the Bavarian side – making it a unique bridgehead between two of the most economically powerful federal states in Germany. SME industry, logistics along the Danube and the Iller, tax consultancies, law firms and property developers characterise the region. As an IT systems house in Ulm, we deliver the digital infrastructure required – reliably, GDPR-compliant and with a personal point of contact.
Cross-state support
Ulm and Neu-Ulm lie directly on the state border. We support customers on both sides and know the different data protection and administrative conditions of both federal states. For companies with sites in Ulm and Neu-Ulm – or with branches in both federal states – this is a valuable advantage.
Cloud, VoIP and Microsoft 365 for the region
As an IT systems house, we deliver VoIP telephony, managed cloud hosting and Microsoft 365 – all from a single source and GDPR-compliant from German data centres. For industrial companies in the region, we migrate ISDN and analogue systems to modern cloud VoIP, network several plants along the Danube and Iller via secure VPN connections and integrate Microsoft Teams as a central communication tool.
Public administrations and schools
With the City of Memmingen, we have a prominent reference from the Danube-Iller region: cross-school cloud telephony for 19 schools, migrated step by step and managed centrally. Such projects show that we can cleanly implement complex multi-site scenarios in the public sector too – from the inventory and migration through to ongoing support.
SMEs and manufacturing industry
The Danube-Iller region is characterised by a strong, globally operating SME sector. For these companies, data storage in Germany, failover protection and site networking are central topics. We build hybrid cloud architectures in which local servers in the plants work seamlessly with the Microsoft Cloud, and secure everything with dedicated VLANs, firewalls, IDS/IPS and automated backups.
Law firms and the liberal professions in Ulm
Ulm has an unusually dense landscape of law firms, tax consultancies and notary's offices. For these sectors, failover-reliable telephony, client-specific permissions and compliance with confidentiality obligations are central requirements. We implement cloud phone systems with queue announcements, automated answering machines and call logs – as we did for the tax consultancy firm Klamert & Partner.
Personal support in the Danube-Iller region
With us, you have a dedicated point of contact who looks after your IT over the years. You don't have to explain your systems anew every time – we know your architecture, your industry and your requirements. This combination of personal closeness and the depth typical of a systems house is what the Danube-Iller region looks for in an IT partner.

FAQs
Do you cover both Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria?
Yes – Ulm and Neu-Ulm lie directly on the state border, and we support customers on both sides. We therefore have experience with the different data protection and administrative conditions of both federal states.
Which industries are your focus in Ulm?
SMEs, manufacturing industry, logistics along the Danube and the Iller, the liberal professions (law and tax firms) and public administration. With the City of Memmingen, we have a prominent reference from the public sector in the region.
How does remote support work?
We combine remote service – more than 90 per cent of our cases – with selective on-site deployments. For commissioning, hardware changes or larger rollouts, we come to Ulm, Memmingen or the wider Danube-Iller area.
Can you implement cross-site phone systems?
Yes. For companies with plants in Ulm, Neu-Ulm or the wider Danube-Iller area, we set up cross-site cloud phone systems – with unified extensions, call groups and Microsoft Teams integration.
How secure is the cloud for industrial customers?
Very secure. Our cloud runs in a German data centre with redundant hardware, dedicated VLANs, firewalls, IDS/IPS and automated backups against ransomware. For industrial companies in the region, this is a key argument.
Can you also support public administrations?
Yes – with the City of Memmingen, we have a prominent reference: cross-school cloud telephony for 19 schools, migrated step by step and managed centrally.
