Here are your benefits.

High availability

Redundant hosts, SAN storage and integrated network security minimise downtime and keep your systems reachable.

Automatic failover protection

If the main system fails, a secondary system steps in automatically – without manual intervention.

Hybrid architecture

Sensitive data in the private cloud, load peaks flexibly in the public cloud – physical and virtual servers in one system.

Multi-layered network security

Dedicated VLANs, firewalls and IDS/IPS systems protect each server group individually against unauthorised access.

Site networking & remote connectivity

Securely connect remote workstations and entire sites to your cloud environment – including Active Directory Online.

Data centre in Germany

Hosting exclusively in our data centre in Germany – fully GDPR-compliant and with no data routes abroad.

Our Approach

We design, operate and monitor your private, public or hybrid cloud in a German data centre – with failover protection, multi-layered security and uncompromising GDPR compliance.

Our Approach in Detail

The security and availability of your company and customer data in a private, public or hybrid cloud – operated in our German data centre, with failover protection and full GDPR compliance.

Managed Cloud Hosting: secure, efficient and flexible

Would you like to ensure the security and availability of your company and customer data with managed cloud hosting? Then you have a choice of different cloud solutions, which you can also freely combine. One important point up front: your data is stored exclusively in our data centre in Germany – which guarantees compliance with German data protection laws and the GDPR.

Our managed cloud hosting services

We offer individual private cloud services, for example for VoIP telephony, Windows Server and Active Directory, data storage and backup, CRM systems and Microsoft 365 as a hybrid solution. For each group of cloud servers, we set up dedicated VLANs, separate firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) on request. This creates a tailored, segmented infrastructure that fits your requirements for security, performance and compliance exactly.

Hybrid solution: private and public cloud combined

With a hybrid solution, you flexibly use the best infrastructure for each workload. Sensitive data resides in your private cloud, while temporary load peaks are simply offloaded to a public cloud. This creates a hybrid of physical and virtual servers within one and the same system. Applications and database engines that cannot meet their performance requirements on a virtual server, or that need to run on a physical server for direct access to all hardware resources, can use a dedicated network together with the cloud servers.

Failover protection and high availability

With failover protection, you minimise downtime caused by hardware and operating-system problems in your virtualised IT environment. Because the managed cloud is based on a highly available private cloud architecture, redundancy with multiple hosts, SAN storage and network security is integrated as standard. During trouble-free operation these redundancies are not needed – but they become essential in the event of a system failure, when they act as additional resources to ensure functional and operational reliability. This not only provides failover protection but also the unique ability to update and maintain hardware without a maintenance window.

For the worst case: automatic failover

An operational backup mode (failover) is essential for every company – especially for business-critical systems that must be reachable at all times. We make sure your data is preserved and that you can keep working smoothly: if the main system fails, a secondary system steps in automatically. Ideally, employees and customers don't even notice the outage.

Phase 1: analysis and architecture planning

We start with a detailed analysis of your current IT landscape: which applications should move to the cloud, which remain local, which interfaces are required? We then plan the right architecture – pure private cloud, public cloud add-on or full hybrid solution – and bindingly define the requirements for availability, security and scalability.

Phase 2: setup, segmentation and security concept

Based on the architecture, we set up your dedicated server groups, segment the network via VLANs and implement firewalls as well as IDS/IPS systems. Backup strategies, monitoring and patch management are considered from the outset and recorded in a clear operating concept.

Phase 3: migration and commissioning

We migrate existing servers, databases and applications step by step and during ongoing operation. Sites and remote workstations are connected via secured connections, and Active Directory and Windows Server services are integrated into the cloud environment. Your day-to-day business continues undisturbed during the migration.

Phase 4: operation, failover testing and continuous optimisation

After commissioning, we monitor your cloud environment around the clock, apply updates and regularly test the failover mechanisms. As requirements grow, we scale resources flexibly – without long procurement processes or investments in your own hardware.

FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about our services.

Where is our data stored with managed cloud hosting?

Your data is stored exclusively in our data centre in Germany. This continuously guarantees compliance with German data protection laws and the GDPR – with no data routes abroad.

What is the difference between private, public and hybrid cloud?

In the private cloud, we operate dedicated resources exclusively for you – ideal for sensitive data. The public cloud offers flexibly scalable resources for temporary loads. The hybrid solution combines both worlds and lets you use the optimal infrastructure for each workload.

What does automatic failover mean in concrete terms?

If your main system fails due to a hardware or operating-system error, a secondary system takes over automatically. Your applications keep running without manual intervention – ideally, employees and customers don't even notice the outage.

Can we integrate existing physical servers into the cloud?

Yes. Our hybrid architecture allows physical and virtual servers to be combined in one system. Applications with high performance requirements or direct hardware access can use a dedicated network together with cloud servers.

How secure is the managed cloud against cyberattacks?

For each group of cloud servers, we set up dedicated VLANs, firewalls and IDS/IPS systems. Combined with redundant hardware, SAN storage and continuous monitoring, this creates a multi-layered security architecture.

Can remote workstations and sites be integrated?

Yes. We securely connect remote workstations and entire sites to your cloud environment – including Active Directory Online, Windows Server Online and site networking.
