Here are your benefits.

Lower phone costs

Internal calls are free and international calls are significantly cheaper. A single broadband line carries several calls in parallel.

Greater failover reliability

In the event of hardware failures or disaster recovery, your employees keep communicating via the cloud – with no on-premises PBX in the data centre.

Reachable regardless of location

Incoming calls to your office extension are automatically forwarded to the home office, mobile device or field staff.

Flexibly expandable

New employees, additional sites or extra features can be activated at any time without new hardware investments.

International working environment

Connect all sites and employees worldwide under one phone system – with consistent extensions and features.

Low IT maintenance costs

The cloud phone system is operated and maintained centrally. We take care of updates, backups and security for you.

Our Approach

We plan, migrate and operate your cloud VoIP solution – with failover reliability, scalability and seamless integration into Microsoft Teams or your existing IT.

Our Approach in Detail

Make calls independent of location, cut costs and communicate with failover reliability: with a cloud VoIP solution we make your telephony future-proof – we plan, migrate and support it.

What is Voice over IP (VoIP)?

With Voice over IP, voice information is transmitted in a digital format over the internet. VoIP thus replaces classic analogue and ISDN telephony over public telephone lines (PSTN) and conventional telephone exchanges (PBX). Several phone calls can be made simultaneously over a single broadband line – without the need for a separate telephone infrastructure. Incoming calls to your extension are automatically forwarded to whichever device you are currently working on: desk phone in the office, softphone in the home office, smartphone in the field. Your office number is no longer tied to the desk phone but follows you wherever you go.

What advantages does VoIP offer your company?

With VoIP phones, you and your employees communicate worldwide under a single phone system – regardless of geographical location. When you switch to VoIP and internet telephony, your phone charges drop noticeably, since calls within the system are free and external connections over the internet become significantly cheaper. On top of this, features such as voicemail-to-email, call forwarding, conferencing and call statistics are integrated as standard.

VoIP in emergency situations and disaster recovery

Does your company rely on continuous voice communication? Then a cloud VoIP system makes particularly good sense. If traditional systems suffer a hardware failure, in an emergency you can only fall back on mobile phones or a second site. Restoring classic telephone systems (PBX) after a disaster is, in our experience, very difficult, lengthy and expensive. If you use cloud VoIP instead, you need no dedicated hardware or software in your data centre for disaster recovery. Your employees continue to communicate without restriction – via internet telephony in the home office or over a second local broadband line at an alternative site.

Phase 1: analysis of your current telephony

We start with a detailed inventory: which system is currently in use, how many extensions are needed, which phone numbers have to be ported, how is the internet connection dimensioned? We analyse your existing infrastructure and check whether your internet connection provides sufficient bandwidth and Quality of Service (QoS) for smooth VoIP telephony.

Phase 2: conception and selection of the right solution

Based on the analysis, we develop a tailored concept. Should telephony be deeply integrated into Microsoft Teams, should a classic cloud phone system be used, or a hybrid solution with local connectivity? We advise you on a vendor-independent basis and take into account your individual requirements for functionality, security and scalability.

Phase 3: migration and number porting

We plan the actual move so that your business operations are not affected. Existing phone numbers are ported in full and new devices are delivered pre-configured. The changeover takes place in the background – on the cut-over date you are reachable under the same numbers as before, but now via the modern cloud infrastructure.

Phase 4: training and rollout

So that your employees can take advantage of all the benefits of the new telephony, we give your team targeted training. We show how calls are forwarded, conferences are set up and voicemails are managed – on the desk phone, in the softphone and in Microsoft Teams.

Phase 5: operation, support and ongoing development

After commissioning, we remain your dedicated point of contact. We monitor voice quality, take care of updates and flexibly adapt the system when new employees, sites or features are added. This keeps your telephony permanently powerful, secure and predictable.

FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about our services.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

Yes. We port your existing landline and extension numbers in full to the new cloud VoIP system – your customers continue to reach you on the familiar numbers.

Is our internet line sufficient for VoIP?

We check the bandwidth, latency and Quality of Service of your connection in advance. If necessary, we recommend a second line as a fallback so that you remain reachable even in the event of an outage.

Can VoIP be combined with Microsoft Teams?

Yes. We integrate VoIP telephony directly into Microsoft Teams, so your employees can chat, hold video conferences and make traditional phone calls with just one application.

What happens during a power or internet outage?

With cloud VoIP, the system itself keeps running because it is operated in the data centre. Calls are automatically redirected to mobile devices, a second site or a mailbox so that no calls are lost.

How quickly can the changeover be done?

Depending on the size of your phone system and the number of phone numbers to be ported, a project typically takes between a few weeks and a few months. We plan every step in detail with you.
