When we were looking for a future-proof and flexible telephone solution for our organisation, we had clear requirements: easy administration, individual customisation options such as group calls and additional extensions, and reliable reachability in the home office – especially during the coronavirus period. With MKJC's virtual phone system, which runs directly on our servers, we found exactly the right solution. The technical implementation went smoothly and was competently supported. We were particularly impressed by the thorough and individual advice – even before signing the contract.
Unlike other providers, some of whom made only vague statements, MKJC presented concrete solutions and reliably delivered all the promised services. The personal contact with our points of contact is a real plus. Communication is fast, straightforward and solution-oriented – minor problems are usually resolved straight away in the first conversation.
The solution has proven itself completely in practice: the integration with Outlook works excellently, our employees are optimally reachable both in the office and in the home office – for our citizens there is no noticeable difference. Since the start of the cooperation, our everyday work has become noticeably easier. Even during the completed new town hall building, the existing solution was developed further – door intercoms are integrated directly into the phone system. In conclusion: all our requirements were implemented professionally – at present we see no need for improvement. MKJC offers not only well-thought-out technology but also first-class service.

Project overview
The municipality of Dasing is a Bavarian local authority in the district of Aichach-Friedberg. As a public administration, the municipality must be reliably reachable for its citizens at all times – by phone, email and in person. The existing telephone solution could no longer meet the growing requirements, particularly with regard to home-office capability, individual customisation options and future-proof technology. The municipality was looking for a partner who could deliver a flexible, expandable and professional telephone solution.
The challenge
The municipality of Dasing had clear requirements for its new telephone solution. Firstly, the system had to be easy to manage – a municipal administration does not have its own IT specialists and needs intuitive tools for day-to-day administration. Secondly, individual customisation options such as group calls and additional extensions were essential to meet the complex requirements of an administration with various departments. Thirdly, the solution had to offer reliable reachability in the home office – a requirement that became a critical success factor especially during the coronavirus pandemic.
As an additional challenge, a new town hall was on the horizon, in whose planning the telephone solution had to be integrated from the outset – including special requirements such as the integration of door intercoms.
