I have known Mr Jagmohan since 2005 as a reliable partner with first-class all-round service. Back then, he installed a high-quality phone system in my Freising insurance office. In my DEVK agency I once again needed a good solution for central telephony – both from the office and from home. New ideas for technical solutions came from MKJC this time too – in the form of a reliable phone system. The DEVK agency in Pfaffenhofen is run by Björn Glatte and offers insurance services for private and business customers. The cooperation with MKJC goes back to 2005 – when Michael Jagmohan installed a high-quality phone system in the then Freising insurance office. When Björn Glatte later opened his DEVK agency in Pfaffenhofen, MKJC was once again the partner of choice for telecommunications.
The challenge
The insurance sector is characterised by increasing digitalisation and rising demands on the IT infrastructure. For an insurance agency, telephone availability is a decisive competitive factor: customers expect to be able to reach their insurance advisor quickly and easily – in the event of a claim as well as for an advisory enquiry. The location of the DEVK agency at Pfaffenhofen station presented a particular technical challenge: the environment is very prone to interference for telecommunications, which called for robust solutions. In addition, the agency needed central telephony that works both from the office and from home.
