We needed a new phone system and a website relaunch. The implementation/installation of the system was straightforward and done with emails and 2–3 phone calls. Mr Dickerhof designed the new website for us according to our ideas. In matters relating to the phone system, MKJC is always immediately available. That is crucial for us, as we must be reachable by phone at all times. We particularly like the personal support from Mr Jagmohan. He gives the entire telephony in our practice a face. We are glad that we don't have to rely on some service hotline with endless queues. Technically everything runs flawlessly and we are thoroughly satisfied with MKJC. Some employees preferred the feel of the old phones, but they quickly got used to the new ones.

Pathologie MVZ GmbH is a medical practice operating in the sensitive field of medical diagnostics. In a medical practice that handles numerous patient calls, the transmission of findings and appointment coordination every day, reliable telephony is just as indispensable as a professional web presence. Pathologie MVZ GmbH commissioned MKJC with two central projects: a new phone system and a complete website relaunch.
The challenge
The practice's existing phone system was outdated and did not offer the reliability that a medical operation requires. Patients, referring doctors and laboratories must be able to reach the practice at all times – busy lines or technical failures are unacceptable in this environment. At the same time, the practice's web presence was no longer up to date and did not adequately represent the pathology team's high professional competence. Today, referring doctors and patients research medical facilities online – a professional internet presence is therefore essential for a medical practice too.
