VoIP & Internet Telephony
Managed Cloud Hosting

We were looking for a provider to install a new phone system, switch from ISDN to VoIP telephony and bring our three sites together into a shared solution. Our IT service provider recommended MKJC. The company supports us with its extensive service: fast technical troubleshooting, constant availability and advice on further topics and on our digitalisation strategy. Both Mr Jagmohan and the support team are always reachable. They handle enquiries quickly and implement new features smoothly. We greatly appreciate the good communication and high helpfulness of the staff. The changeovers were successful and the teething troubles are behind us. Our employees have got used to the new features, which bring them many advantages, including simplified internal communication and more transparency than the previous island solutions. Our internal communication now runs more smoothly, and the external image is more professional thanks to the new announcements. We also see ideal starting points for future technical challenges such as video conferencing.

Project overview
C+R Hydraulics GmbH is a medium-sized industrial company in the hydraulics sector that operates at three sites in Germany. With the impending ISDN switch-off and a growing workforce, the company faced the need to fundamentally modernise its entire telecommunications. The challenge: not only did the technology have to be renewed, but three previously isolated sites were to be brought together into a single, shared telephone solution.
The challenge
C+R Hydraulics GmbH operated separate ISDN phone systems at each of its three sites – so-called island solutions that were not connected to one another. An internal call between sites was effectively an external call: cumbersome, costly and without the option of forwarding calls or using shared call groups. The lack of networking slowed down internal communication and made collaboration between the teams more difficult. At the same time, it was clear that ISDN technology has no future and that a migration to VoIP was unavoidable.
