The manual switching of the answering machine on and off is now eliminated. Everything runs automatically and is now much easier for us. We can trace phone calls and faxes from the past few days seamlessly via the My Portal log.

Project overview
The tax consultancy firm Klamert & Partner is one of the most demanding IT environments in the liberal professions. Clients expect seamless availability, fast callbacks and professional communication – regardless of whether the staff are working in the office or the home office. The previous phone system was outdated and offered neither the necessary flexibility nor contemporary functions. Office manager Laura Lajqi was therefore looking for a modern telecommunications solution that meets the high demands of everyday work at the firm.
The challenge
In a tax consultancy firm, telephone availability is a decisive success factor. Clients call to clarify deadlines, coordinate documents or discuss short-term tax questions. Every missed call can lead to missed deadlines or dissatisfied clients. At the same time, the manual switching of the answering machine on and off – morning and evening – was an error-prone routine that regularly caused problems. In addition, the firm lacked a system for the complete documentation of all incoming calls and faxes. Who called and when? Was there a callback? This information was frequently lost.
