We needed a new phone system, including better service, for the Marzling town hall, because the previous provider's support services had been discontinued. In one branch location, the telephone structure was to be renewed and expanded. It was important to us to have flexible, easily reachable support that could make adjustments to the phone system quickly – for example, setting up extensions for new employees or changed locations. The phone system was to guide callers more effectively to the right contact person in advance through announcements in the queue or when the line is busy. The existing network structure and VPN connections in branch offices were also to be used. Mr Jagmohan introduced himself to us in person with great professional competence. His offer was convincing in terms of price, performance and cost-effectiveness for future needs. From the awarding of the contract to the handover protocol, he was a reliable and competent point of contact for all business and technical questions. The big advantage of the more modern system – the connection with PC contacts – simplifies our workflow. Users and employees are satisfied with MKJC's technical solutions and with the certainty of always having a reliable point of contact. Because support always resolves problems promptly. Our ideas and wishes were fully implemented and we are very satisfied with MKJC. A more in-depth introduction to the phone system is still to be carried out.

Project overview
The municipality of Marzling is a Bavarian local authority whose town hall serves as the central point of contact for citizens. From building management and the residents' registration office through to the building authority – the daily work in the town hall requires reliable and flexible telephony. When the previous provider's support services were discontinued, the municipality faced the task of finding a new partner for all its telecommunications at short notice.
The challenge
The municipality of Marzling needed not just a new phone system for the town hall, but a well-thought-out overall concept that met several requirements at once. Callers were to be guided more effectively to the right contact person through intelligent queue announcements – an important function for a municipal administration in which citizens must quickly reach the right department. In addition, the existing VPN network structure was to be used to integrate the municipality's branch offices as well. Flexible and easily reachable support was also essential, in order to implement adjustments such as new extensions or changed locations quickly.
