As a professional property manager, MHG Hausverwaltung GmbH looks after numerous residential and commercial properties. The daily work requires a reliable IT infrastructure: owners and tenants expect fast response times, documents must be available at all times, and communication between the office and external appointments must run smoothly. Since 2007 – that is, for more than 15 years – MHG Hausverwaltung has relied on MKJC as its IT partner for telephony, network and server systems.
The challenge
In 2007, MHG Hausverwaltung GmbH faced a fundamental problem: the existing hardware was outdated and a replacement with conventional on-premises solutions would have required considerable investment. Servers, phone system and data storage – all these systems had to be modernised without jeopardising ongoing operations. At the same time, the need for mobile reachability and flexible access to customer data and documents was growing. The management was looking for a cost-efficient way to modernise the entire IT landscape.
